DELIVERY INFORMATION

By completing your payment and placing an order with XO CLOTHING, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order:

General Delivery Timeframes:

All orders are shipped using standard third-party courier services. Delivery typically takes 1-5 working days, depending on your location.
Orders outside Colombo (1-15) may take 3-7 working days from the date of order placement.

For remote locations like the North and North East, delivery may take longer based on courier turnaround times.

Processing and Shipping:

Orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. High-volume or sale periods may impact processing times.

Orders placed before 12 PM on a business day are shipped the same day; otherwise, they are processed the following business day.

Delivery Restrictions:

Deliveries will not be made on Sundays, Poya days, or other gazetted/public holidays.

Orders placed on public holidays will be delivered the next business day.
Delivery agents do not operate on special government holidays.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

If you pay via COD, our delivery agent will contact you prior to delivery to confirm the delivery time.

It is important to ensure your phone is reachable to facilitate delivery. Please do not reschedule more than two times, and provide an exact date if rescheduling.
Delivery agents operate between 10 AM and 6 PM. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Address:

Deliveries are made only to the shipping address provided at checkout. Ensure your address is accessible during normal working hours.

If you need to make address changes, they must be communicated to XO CLOTHING within one hour of placing your order and before delivery. We will not be responsible for lost or mis-delivered parcels due to address changes made directly with the courier.

Delivery Issues:

If there is any issue with your delivery, inform us immediately via WhatsApp: 0777486568, so we can resolve it promptly.

If your package has not arrived within 7 business days, email us at hellodressxo@gmail.com with your full name and order number.

Delivery Charges:

Delivery fees range between LKR 300-400, depending on your location.

Important Notes:

We do not accept urgent orders.
Delivery timeframes may be impacted during high-volume periods or sales events.
Order shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages:

XO CLOTHING is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.

DAMAGED ITEMS OR INCORRECT SIZES

– ⁠Customers may request an exchange for these items by referring to our Exchange Policy.

Refund Process:

•Once we receive your returned item and complete the inspection, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original method of payment through the payment method you used during the purchase on our website. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.
