How to initiate an exchange:

Eligibility for Exchange:
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the original purchase date.
Items must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damage caused by the customer.
Required Information:
Send clear pictures of the items to be exchanged along with the waybills via email, WhatsApp, or direct message on Instagram or Facebook.
The exchange package must include the original bill.
Exchange Process:
Once the Customer Care Team approves your request, they will arrange for an exchange.
A courier will collect your return package and deliver the new exchange package.
Please ensure your return package is properly prepared for collection.

DAMAGED ITEMS OR INCORRECT SIZES
– Refunds are not accepted for damaged items or incorrect sizes.
– Customers may request an exchange for these items by referring to our Exchange Policy.
Refund Process:
•Once we receive your returned item and complete the inspection, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original method of payment through the payment method you used during the purchase on our website. Please note that the refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Customer-Initiated Exchanges: If you wish to change the size, design, or color of your item, you will need to cover the courier’s delivery charges (double delivery fee for both return and exchange).
Free Exchanges: If the delivered goods are incorrect, damaged, or faulty due to an error on our part, the exchange will be processed free of charge.
Sales/Promotions: Items purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for exchange or return.
