Exchange Policy
•Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the original purchase date.
•Items must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free from any damage caused by the customer.
•All exchanged items must include XO CLOTHING brand labels, price tags, and the original bill.

Exchange by Customer’s Choice
(Size, Color, or Product Change)
•First, return the product in good condition with our tags and price tags attached.
•Return delivery to our address must be arranged by the customer (not provided by our side).
•Once we receive and check the product quality, we will confirm the exchange.
•After approval, you can select your new items.
•Delivery fees for exchanges/returns must be covered by the customer.
•By your side exchanges, a packing charge of Rs.100 will be applied additionally.
•Please note: The store will only accept exchanges after confirming that the returned items are in good condition.
Exchange by Our Side Error
(Size fault / Design fault / Color fault / Fabric damage / Items out of stock)
•Accepted only within 7 days of receiving the item.
•This exchange is completely free for customers (delivery fee covered by the store).
•Before the exchange, please send clear pictures of the item (front and back) with labels, tags, waybills, and barcodes.
•Without these, we cannot accept the exchange.
Exchange Process
•Once the Customer Care Team approves your request, they will arrange the exchange process.
•After confirmation, our courier will pick up your return package and hand over the new exchange item.
•The return package must be packed in our XO CLOTHING bag, with waybills and barcodes attached, and clearly mention “EXCHANGE AND RETURN.”
